With over 20 years of dedicated yoga practice, I have personally experienced how yoga transforms the body, mind, and spirit. As an internationally certified yoga teacher, I am passionate about creating warm, welcoming spaces for women to build physical strength, flexibility, and focus.

In addition to my wellness background, I serve as a Financial Educator in Canada. I believe that true "balance" is more than just a yoga pose - it is about having the financial stability to live life on your own terms. I help women move beyond a survival mindset toward a life of strategic prosperity through the Wellness to Wealth Blueprint.
